Toft Road Dental are looking to take on a keen and reliable Dental Nurse Apprentice to join the their practice. Full training will be provided by the Practice and Total People. Your role will include the following -

• You will be supporting the dentist in day to day patient care
• You will be following all cross infection control procedures
• You will give our patients the utmost respect and care expected of a healthcare assistant
• You will be working as part of a team
• Keep clinical areas and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy and sterile according to the practices health and safety and infection control procedures
• Ensure the care and welfare of patients
• Accurately complete patient clinical records as directed
• Handle all substances in accordance with health and safety policies
• Be familiar and comply with all health and safety rules and guidance including PPE, COSHH, mercury handling, infection control, waste disposal etc. 
• Attend and participate in practice meetings
