About the apprenticeship
Our apprenticeship scheme has been running for over 6 years and JAM is proud of the success from many Apprentices that have worked through the programme. We are now looking to invest in the next generation of Apprentices who can support us in our mission to achieve the company goals.
Position Summary
As an Apprentice Administrator, you’ll support the Resource Centre and Contractor Care Team to provide the relevant administration support throughout the recruitment life cycle. You will receive training to write adverts, support with administration within the team and manage the documentation and compliance element of the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Resource Centre by writing external communication such as adverts, any required updates to social media, preparing CVs and sending out interview packs
- Work with Contractor Care to ensure the relevant compliance documentation is in place for all contractors and pro-actively chase any outstanding certification
- Utilise our systems to request the relevant paperwork, generate contracts and ensure signed paperwork is returned before starting
- Continuously update the system so the latest information can be seen by the team and answer any general queries via phone and/or email
- Work alongside individuals as well as part of a larger team to support the growth of the contractor base
