About the apprenticeship
Hepher Electrical, Newcastle is an established and successful electrical contracting company who are currently searching for enthusiastic Electrical Installation Apprentice to support their commercial and domestic contracting activities. The available position presents a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to prove themselves and forge a long-term electrical career.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Installation of power, lighting, fire, security systems
- Preventative maintenance service
- Safety compliance checks
- Testing of systems
- Fault finding
- Strict compliance with latest health & safety standards
The wage is a starting rate which will be reviewed based on progress throughout the apprenticeship process.
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Installation Electrician / Maintenance Electrician apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification in Installation
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
