If you have good organisational skills and want to work in an office then a Business and Administration Apprenticeship could be an ideal option for you.
During the Apprenticeship you will cover areas such as; handling mail, minute taking, organising and reporting data, working effectively with others, operating a computer, dealing with visitors and using word processing/spreadsheet software.

How do you get into the Industry?
You do not always need academic qualifications to start training for a career in Administration However, some employers may prefer you to have a good standard of general education such as GCSE’s, including English, Maths and ICT.

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good attention to detail
- Can work well under pressure
On completion of this Apprenticeship, previous learners have gone onto further qualifications such as Customer Service, Accounting, IT and Social Media.
