About the apprenticeship

Duties to include;

Administration duties:

Entering our customer details on to the system

Keeping customer details update

Adhering to Data Protection to the standard of Boots Regulation Filling and storing of documents

Sales duties:

  • Building rapport with our clients who enter the boots store
  • Product knowledge:
  • The ability to know the boots product and various other brands
  • Proactively speaking to customers and being the 1st point of call
  • Dealing with queries or concerns
  • Following up on the pre- screening eye test results
  • Making recommendations based on the pre-screening results
  • Up-selling additional products to our clients based on recommendations

Future Prospects

Progression within the organisation will be considered for the right person following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
