They are currently searching for two customer support apprentices who will work from home and also from their Knutsford office location.
About the apprenticeship
Core tasks associated with the role include:
- Customer service for several fitness related websites/apps (help with lost passwords, lost usernames, general account queries, refunds)
- Learn and operate various software systems, such as Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Drupal, Payment Gateways, Asana etc
- Logging bugs highlighted by customers communications for in-house developers to fix
- General Administrative functions
- Other tasks as reasonably requested
