About the apprenticeship
Core tasks associated with the role will include:
- First line support for incoming enquiries via telephone, email and post
- Directing enquiries as appropriate
- Opening and distributing the post
- Computer operation, data input, entering orders etc
- Customer Service support activity, raising orders etc
- Contacting suppliers
- Chasing and ordering
- Assisting the finance team as requested
- General administrative tasks
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office, ie post, stationary, filing etc
- Work Efficiently and effectively as part of a team
- Other tasks as reasonably requested
Future Prospects
- Full time position considered for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time
