A first-class opportunity to secure an apprenticeship in bricklaying and work with established time served bricklayer’s working on large construction sites.
The company is looking for three apprentices based in the Hartford area and two apprentices from Sandbach or Holmes chapel area.
Daily Duties:
- To learn all aspects of Bricklaying and associated building trades skills
- Mixing mortar
- Loading out materials
- Checking measurements
- Laying brick and blocks
- Unloading deliveries
- Keeping the work area tidy and safe
- Pointing brickwork
- General building work as and when required
A requirement to work as an apprentice bricklayer will be to pass a health and safety test and apply for a CSCS card. The company is looking for an enthusiastic candidate’s, with a good work ethic and first class timekeeping. A first-class opportunity for the right calibre candidates.
The successful apprentices would be required to attend Build Skill Plus the specialist bricklaying apprenticeship centre based in Winsford in Cheshire once a week
