Dollymixtures are looking for an Early Years Apprentice to join the team. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. The apprentice will be helping with day-to-day tasks as part of the team.
About the apprenticeship
Daily duties may be:
- To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children place in the setting
- To work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn
- To build and maintain strong partnership working with parents to enable children's needs to be met
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship standard to be completed for the successful candidate.
Training will take place on the job, within the work place and via live, interactive webinars
About the employer
Dollymixtures was opened in 1989 to ease the burden of working mums at St George’s Hospital. 15 years ago the nursery expanded to ‘the new lodge’ catering for up to 74 children. In 2016 we received an Outstanding grade by Ofsted and continue to improve on practices. The nursery is open Monday – Friday 06:45 – 18:00 and accepts children from 6 weeks old. We can provide families and children with free education funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds and shift patterns that give families flexable care.
