About the apprenticeship

You will be assisting the Senior Chef with various tasks including:

  • Preparing ingredients and meals to set standards
  • Following food production volumes to manage wastage
  • Completing tasks to specification
  • Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic
  • Ensuring high standards of personal performance, and cleanliness always
  • Keeping adequate stock levels
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures
