About the apprenticeship
Daily duties will include:
Culinary skills - cooking skills and techniques to prepare, produce and present dishes and menu items in line with the business requirements.
Food Safety - Practicing Food Safety requirements and the law regarding this within the kitchen. To include the importance of allergens, safe systems of work and safe work practices.
Menus - Working with the finest ingredients and local produce, you will learn how seasonality fits into availability, quality and price.
