About the apprenticeship

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Legal Assistant. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy Lawyers and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Firm.

Responsibilities (full training will be given):

  • Collecting and taking the mail
  • Distributing incoming mail
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Answering the telephones
  • Ordering documents from the Land Registry
  • Ordering Searches from our online search provider
  • Taking clients identity documents and certifying the same
  • Opening and closing files
  • Photocopying documents
  • Collating enclosures for reports to clients
  • Ordering and maintaining stationery supplies
  • Reception duties to include greeting and assisting clients

Apprenticeship qualification and training

To complete the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, the learner will work towards a nationally recognised qualification alongside their role within the business. The apprenticeship is delivered remotely, with dedicated one-to-one support from an experienced Learning Coach.

Regular coaching sessions will help the learner develop the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for the qualification, while practical training and experience will be gained in the workplace through their day-to-day responsibilities.

This combination of structured learning and on-the-job training ensures the learner can apply their knowledge in a real business environment while progressing towards successful completion of the apprenticeship.
