About the apprenticeship

Core apprenticeship activities will include:

  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls and emails, actioning and distributing as appropriate
  • Logging new enquiries
  • Filing and document archiving
  • Loading and maintaining spreadsheets, databases
  • Managing training records and certificates
  • Other general admin
  • Assiting other team members
  • Other related tasks as reasonably requested

Future Prospects

  • Full time position considered for the right candidate following succesful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time
