About the apprenticeship

To provide Reception duties:-meeting and greeting visitors, answering the telephones and ensuring accurate messages are taken and passed on To deal with enquiries from clients and candidates in a professional manner To provide administrative support including typing and sending letters, emails, reports and other ad hoc documents. Postal duties:- collecting and posting mail To undertake photocopying, filing, faxing and other general clerical duties including ordering stationery To assist in the implementation and maintenance of databases and in the production of reports as required Contacting/liaising with Clients by phone General housekeeping ensuring the smooth running of the office
