An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Business Administrator in our Liverpool Office. We offer full in-house training to complement your apprenticeship programme and are looking for someone to join our friendly office environment.
About the apprenticeship
Duties will include:
- Administration tasks including scanning, filing, data input
- Handling telephone calls with clients and tenants
- Assisting Management with tasks and meetings
- Producing reports and documentation
- Providing a high level of customer service internally & externally
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
Training will take place on the job in the form of live, interactive webinars. Total People will also assign a Learning Coach to mentor the successful applicant throughout the programme.
The apprentice will also receive training via other experienced colleagues.
