Overview

To provide the general administrative support to the branch, including payroll processing, whilst upholding the company's compliance standards at all times. Being the face of gap personnel whilst meeting and greeting the candidates, handling the telephone enquiries and maintaining the company i-CARE values.

  • Meeting and greeting customers face to face with a helpful attitude, warmth and respect at all times
  • Telephone call handling
  • Handling of queries and complaints, relaying accurate messages Payroll processing
  • Processing holiday requests
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch team
  • Database maintenance
  • Reference and DBD check completion
  • Photocopying, scanning, filing
  • Timesheets obtained from the clients in time to meet the internal deadlines
