About the apprenticeship
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to come on board our team and start their career in home furniture.
The following duties will involve:
- Emailing the customer and responding to enquiries via the telephone in a timely manner
- Process customer details accurately, data capture and update the system accordingingly
- Send correspondence to customers via email - Confirmation
- Represent the business professionally and provide exceptional customer service at all times internally and externally
- Ensure that all filing and records are kept up to date using agreed methods, such as PODs and copies of customers orders where applicable
