About the apprenticeship
Core activities for the role will include:
- 1st line of contact via telephone, email and in person visits
- Answering or directing of enquiries
- Supporting the business in relation to renewal of maintenance contracts
- Setting up new contacts and chasing through with the clients
- Liaising with suppliers
- Data input, logging communications
- General administrative tasks associated with the business
- Other duties as reasonably requested
Future Prospects
Full-time position and further hours considered based on the company needs and successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finance at the time.
