About the apprenticeship
Duties to include:
- To answer phone calls and email enquiries
- Creating quotations
- Processing orders
- Growing existing accounts
- Interacting with customers via telephone and email
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Customer Service Specialist apprenticeship standard.
