Customer Services Apprentice

Overview

Wizard Europe Ltd was founded in 2001 and over the past 18 years we have grown to be one of Europe's largest distributors of pre-owned handsets and tech-related products. We are looking for a Level 2 Customer Services Apprentice to provide general administration and customer support from our state-of-the-art facility in Middlewich, Cheshire.

About the apprenticeship

• General administration duties
• Data entry (using our stock management system)
• Dealing with customer queries

Apprenticeship qualification and training

• Customer Services Practitioner Level 2

Career progression

A permanent role may be available to the right candidate on completion of the apprenticeship.
