This is an excellent opportunity for you to establish a career in childcare at our friendly nursery. If you love children and want to develop your career working in with them, then you can achieve your level 3 apprenticeship in Early Years. You must be cheerful, hardworking and responsible.
About the apprenticeship
Daily duties may include but are not limited to:
- To ensure the safety and security of the children in the setting
- Promote learning and enjoyment through planned play experiences in line with the EYFS
- To carry out daily observations on the children using a variety of methods
- To have an understanding of the key person role and safeguarding and welfare requirements
- Support children's physical needs through effective care routines
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Early years Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
- Early Years Educator Diploma at Level 3 Standard
- Training to be provided by Total People LTD If GCSE's are not already held in English and maths at grade 4/C or above then there will be a requirement to undertake functional skills with Total People
- End Point Assessment - there will be a requirement to reach Gateway and complete your End Point Assessment. Full training will be given
