The Chester Grosvenor Hotel, located in Chester, is currently looking for a motivated and reliable person to join their friendly team as a Front of House Hospitality Apprentice.

About the apprenticeship

The Chester Grosvenor are now recruiting for a Front of House Hospitality Apprentice.

The day to day role will include the following:
- Greeting and supporting customers at various venues
- Taking orders for food and drink
- Serving food and drinks
- Dealing with bill payments where necessary
- Making sure tables are clean and tidy
- Working under pressure to make sure food is served on time
- Assisting with transport of food, drink and equipment
- Keeping to hygiene, health and safety and licensing rules

Apprenticeship qualification and training

Full in house training will be provided as part of the Level 2 Front of House Hospitality Team Member Standard The apprenticeship will include Functional Skills in English and Maths where needed.
