Overview

The Sticky Sausage Catering Company is partnership of Rob & Daz, who are both experienced Chefs with a huge passion for food and a background in many styles of catering across the industry including banqueting, fine dining and everything in between. We are currently looking for a Front of House apprentice

About the apprenticeship

Your daily duties will include:

• Cleaning and preparation of the Front of house and tables at end of shift.
• You will be required to serve food from the kitchen with a varied style of service from buffets, casual lunches, sit down dinners, also large events & weddings.
• Whichever the service style you will be required to communicate with our customers to ensure their needs are met & exceeded so being confident in this area is a must.

Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard 

Training on the job, learning through live webinars
