Moneyplus Group Limited are looking to recruit an individual who has a keen interest in HR and Administration, to assist with duties such as; booking interviews, update new starter and leaver spreadsheet trackers with real time information etc.

Someone to join team as an apprentice and hopefully become a permanent employee. Someone eager to learn to deliver accurate HR and Recruitment Admin to the HR department.
Role will involve:
Develop your knowledge of the role of HR within the organisation, and the different areas of delivery within the HR function.
Responsible for ensuring any complex questions are flagged to the HR Assistant/Head of HR.
Activities may include:
- Posting jobs onto indeed when a role has been signed off from the head of department
- Add and remove employees to our healthcare plan
- System Data Entry. (add new starters, new home address')
- Update new starter and leaver spreadsheet trackers with real time information
- Load new starters and process leavers on the HR system accurately
- Scan and file documents Maintain employee electronic personnel files
Support the recruitment process:
- Liaising with candidates and collating availability
- Booking interviews
- Assisting with the referencing for the background check process
- Get involved with supporting employee engagement projects e.g. office celebrations
