About the apprenticeship

- Preparation of menus to nutritional standards
- Control and order stock, inspecting on delivery
- Food preparation
- Cook and present food creatively
- Working under pressure to make sure food is served on time
- Keep to strict hygiene, health and safety and licensing rules
- Other related tasks as reasonably requested
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard, delivered entirely in the workplace.
Career progression
Full time position considered for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
