About the apprenticeship
Your daily duties will include:
- Cleaning and preparation of the kitchen area
- Taking deliveries and sorting stock
- Cleaning and preparation of the Front of house and tables at end of shift.
- You will be required to serve food from the kitchen with a varied style of service from buffets, casual lunches, sit down dinners, also large events & weddings
