About the apprenticeship
This is an exciting new role coinciding with the relocation and re-branding of a well-established business. The successful candidate will be responsible to the reception/admin manager and the clinical team leader.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Customer service
- Use of a computerised booking system
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking appointments face to face
- Cash handling
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with nursing homes and businesses
- Administrative duties
- Stock control
- Daily housekeeping
- Record keeping
- Social media input
Potential progression onto a full-time position upon completion of this apprenticeship.
