Nantwich Clinic is an award- winning accredited clinic in Cheshire. This is an exciting role co-existing with the relocation and re-branding of a well established and expanding business. Our brand new Health Hub will expand our services to create a multidisciplinary team to further benefit our patients.
About the apprenticeship
This is an exciting new role coinciding with the relocation and re-branding of a well-established business. The successful candidate will be responsible to the reception/admin manager and the clinical team leader.
Responsibilities and duties will include:
- Customer service
- Use of a computerised booking system
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Booking appointments face to face
- Cash handling
- Raising invoices
- Liaising with nursing homes and businesses
- Administrative duties
- Stock control
- Daily housekeeping
- Record keeping
- Social media input
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
- End-Point Assessment (EPA)
There is a lot to learn about products and services, however full training will be given to the right candidate who is willing to throw themselves into this position.
