We are looking for an individual to join our Operations Team based out of our 22,000 sq ft facility in Aston, Birmingham (B6 7EU)

About the apprenticeship

This is a demanding and exciting role for the right person, core activities include:

  • Liaising and supporting a number of field teams 
  • Planning complex and on demand routes, maximising efficiency 
  • Communicating via telephone, email and online chat channels 
  • Using bespoke company software 
  • Logging data and updates
  • Other tasks as reasonably requested

Apprenticeship qualification and training

Customer Service Level 2 Standard Apprenticeship, delivered entirely in the workplace.

Career progression

Full-time position planned following the successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
