Overview
Totally Chilled Out, Stockport, are looking to take on a keen and reliable Apprentice Air conditioning Engineer to join their team. A full structured training programme will be provided leading to nationally recognised qualifications.
About the apprenticeship
Core job activities associated with the role will include;
- Assist with site survey
- Install pipework, ducts and control panels
- Install components
- Provide scheduled maintenance on systems
- Find and fix faults
- Carry out quality checks, making sure systems are working correctly
- Retrofit buildings to meet environmental standards - liaise with customers
- Other related tasked as reasonably requested
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Refrigeration and Air Con Apprenticeship Level 3 Standard
Training on the job
Will include weekly day release at college in Wythenshawe
Career progression
Full time position for the right candidate planned following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time
