Overview
Your role will be to support the Sales Team, providing admin, general day-to-day assistance, dealing with telephone enquiries. Will involve working closely with the Sales Team, dealing with enquires from Mortgage Brokers and Estate Agents, liaising with other internal departments to ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standards
About the apprenticeship
- Provide admin support/assistance to the Internal Sales Team and clients. - Use LMS websites, CRM and LMS reporting and MI tools effectively. - Take responsibility for issues that arise from accounts and cases - Ensure issues are resolved in a timely fashion to the satisfaction of all - Dealing with general enquires from Mortgage Brokers about our product - Promoting the USP's and providing comparison quotations. - Identify and increase opportunities with existing accounts - Developing relationships at various levels. - Provide support/training for our Estate Agency and Broker network - Perform other tasks on an ad-hoc basis as required by management. - Deliver objectives with the support of the business as agreed with manager

Full time position considered for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company fiances at the time.
