About the apprenticeship

• Assist in loading & unloading scaffolding materials
• Support qualified scaffolders with erectin scaffolding structures
• Support in dismantling & cleaning of the scaffold
• Follow risk assesments & method statements
• Maintain a safe & tidy work area

Apprenticeship qualification and training

• Training will be undertaked via Total People at the Wythenshaw Campus
• Training is every 3-4 months

Career progression

• Upon qualification a few years experience will be required in order to progress
• This can lead to advanced scaffolder courses & scaffolding supervisor courses
