Overview
Enigma are undergoing a national programme of recruitment for enthusiastic and driven individuals to complete a full Scaffolding Apprenticeship, leading to a rewarding career. You will work towards a Level 2 Scaffolder apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
Core tasks associated with the role include much of the following:
- Unload scaffolding from a lorry
- Create a stable base on the ground
- Erecting scaffolding poles and attach horizontal tubes to them
- Fixing Scaffolding to a building
- Lay planks across scaffolding for workers to walk on
- Fix guard rails and safety nets
- Check the scaffold is secure before handing over
- Take down scaffolding
- Working at all times to the highest levels of Health & Safety
