About the apprenticeship
- Input and retrieve data
- Receiving / directing telephone calls
- Liaising with both internal and external customers
- Use of in-house transport / planning system
- Use of customer systems to ensure effective customer service and timely planning
- Administration support to the Planning Dept.

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Career progression
Permanent job upon completion of the apprenticeship programme. Apprentices can progress onto other qualifications such as Foundation Degrees in areas such as Business, Business Management and Business Administration.
