Apprentice Wins Employee Of The Month

Rose wins gold!

We are proud to highlight a fantastic recent achievement by one of our apprentices.

Rose, a childcare apprentice, was recently awarded their Managers Employee Of The Month award!

Rose's assessor, Ania, had this to say:

"It is great to see that our apprentice has been recognised for her hard work. Rose is a very enthusiastic person, who is always very well prepared for visits and assessments."

And her manager added:

"Rose is a fantastic member of staff. She has maintained a positive outlook at all times and is professional at all times. She has been instrumental in settling in new staff. She has completed parent evening reports and done fantastically well."

Rose was delighted with the award and she said it felt great to feel truly appreciated.
