Total People apprentices celebrated their graduation on Wednesday 21 November

Total People apprentices celebrated their graduation on Wednesday 21 November, alongside their higher education partner UCEN Manchester, at the renowned Bridgewater Hall in Manchester.

The apprentices donned caps and gowns and took to the stage in front of their families and friends to be presented with their awards by Total People’s Tracey Yoxall, Vocational Programme Co-ordinator, Management and Professional Services, and Eva Marco-Ballester, Training Advisor, Management and Professional Services.

Tracey said: “Both myself and Eva were delighted to attend the 2018 UCEN Manchester and Total People graduation to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our learners.  It was an incredibly proud moment to see the graduates hard work and dedication be recognised, as they enjoyed the acclaim of their peers.  We wish them all the success in the future!”

Apprentice Eileen Carmichael said: "I felt a little bit nervous about graduating. I couldn't fault any of the tutors, or the course!"

The event, which was live-streamed on social media and attended by hundreds of students, apprentices and guests, was a fitting tribute to mark the end of years of hard work and commitment.

Michael Walsh, Dean of UCEN Manchester, told the graduates: “Today is a landmark occasion for you, a day to celebrate your achievements and success… The pride of your family and friends is shared by everyone at Total People and UCEN Manchester.”
