Meet Louise

Louise Bailey is an award-winning Learning Coach with over 25 years of experience in the apprenticeship sector.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to support and develop Early Years and Education apprentices. Her passion for quality and learner success has made her a trusted leader and mentor in the field. 

Louise’s journey with Total People began in 2003 as a Training Advisor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), where she not only ensured learners achieved their apprenticeship goals but also supported colleagues in maintaining high standards. Today, she serves as the Lead IQA for Early Years and Education, playing a pivotal role in shaping curriculum design, mentoring staff, and ensuring consistency across provision. 

Her learner-centred approach and attention to detail have resulted in outstanding outcomes, including 100% End Point Assessment pass rates and multiple Apprentice of the Year nominations. Recognized for her empathy, professionalism, and ability to inspire, Louise promotes inclusive, reflective practice. She has introduced structured standardisation meetings, developed high-quality resources, and implemented support frameworks that enhance the learner experience. 

The impact of Louise’s leadership is far-reaching, raised quality standards across the Early Years team, improved learner confidence and retention and she has fostered a culture of excellence and compassion
