Her career began as an Apprentice in Business Administration, giving her firsthand insight into the learner experience and inspiring her dedication to creating opportunities for today’s apprentices to thrive.
In her current role, Cheryl is known for her adaptability and her ability to implement new systems and processes with minimal disruption. She excels in business planning, budget management, performance analysis, and curriculum development—including the successful introduction of new apprenticeship programmes.
