Cheryl, an experienced Curriculum Performance Manager at Total People, brings over 15 years of operational management expertise and a genuine passion for developing high-quality learning experiences across the education sector. 

With a strong track record of leading diverse teams and driving organisational change, Cheryl is committed to ensuring learners and apprentices receive outstanding support throughout their educational journey. Her career began as an Apprentice in Business Administration, giving her firsthand insight into the learner experience and inspiring her dedication to creating opportunities for today’s apprentices to thrive. 

In her current role, Cheryl is known for her adaptability and her ability to implement new systems and processes with minimal disruption. She excels in business planning, budget management, performance analysis, and curriculum development—including the successful introduction of new apprenticeship programmes. Her leadership has resulted in measurable improvements in quality through targeted strategies and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Cheryl has built strong, productive relationships with key stakeholders, championing business growth and enhancing services for employers and apprentices. She is committed to fostering a positive team culture, offering constructive feedback, and leading by example to uphold organisational values.
