Property conveyancing apprenticeships

We are experts at training apprentices to become licensed Conveyancers, specialist property lawyers who deal with all legal matters relating to the transfer of ownership of land or property from a seller to a buyer.

By becoming a licensed Conveyancer, learners will gain an understanding of how to give the correct legal advice and how to carry out the work needed for any activity that creates, changes, transfers or discharges a legal or equitable interest in a property.

To progress, learners need to have completed the Level 4 apprenticeship or equivalent (eg Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice) to apply for the Level 6 apprenticeship.
