Meet Adam

Currently in the role of Learning Coach within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning department where I undertake the roles of Teacher, Assessor and IQA. 

Some of my roles within the department include responsibility of Level 3 class teaching and the preparation of learner that go through gateway to EPA. I been involved in assessment within the department but more so the internal quality assurance of the department. Scheduling timetables to full organisation of the departments OneFile to organisation of the staff and teaching within the department. 

I also try to be the best mentor to the new staff within the department, maintaining a high level of teaching within a structured environment. 

My industry background involves duties as a service engineer within my industry to service manager where I gained the necessary knowledge of the RCAHP industry to be able to competently carry out my current role. 

I am currently in my 23rd year of teaching for TMC and Total People. I love my job and the work I have done within the department.
