What’s covered?

The Recruitment qualification covers topics including:

  • Supporting the recruitment processes
  • Researching candidates through social media networking
  • Using a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for recruitment purposes
  • Identifying client recruitment requirements
  • Assessing candidates
  • Developing working relationships with colleagues
  • Sustaining customer-focused relationships with clients
  • Developing sales proposals

Learners are allocated their own dedicated Training Adviser who will set and agree tasks to complete between visits, monitor progress and give support throughout.

Progression

Intermediate Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing
The qualification covers activities and processes that are carried out by trainee recruitment consultants and resourcers working within a recruitment business.

Advanced Apprenticeship in Recruitment
This qualification is for recruitment consultants who are able to demonstrate a good range of knowledge and experience within their role.

Entry Requirements

No prior qualifications are required to start this Apprenticeship, although we do recommend a good level of maths and English.

Cost

This will be dependent on the size of the employer and if the employer is an apprenticeship levy payer. This can be discussed with Total People Ltd.

  • Level 2 NVQ Competency Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Level 2 Knowledge Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Functional Skills Maths

You do not need academic qualifications to start working in a recruitment role, however, some employers may prefer you to have a good standard of general education such as GCSE’s, including English and Maths.

Length of the course:

20 months Approximately

Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Standard Apprenticeship - Level 3

What qualifications will I gain?

  • Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Standard
  • Level 3 NVQ Competency Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Level 3 Knowledge Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
  • Functional Skills Maths
