CPS are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join their support team in Crewe. About the apprenticeship
The primary focus of the Administration/Stock Controller Apprentice role is to work with the Logistics Team in providing a pro active, efficient and professional administration support service to the team within the business. This role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities and activities: o Responsible for creating shipments on DHL/Fedex portals o Labeling and managing stock levels/stock counts o Raising purchase orders and sales invoices o Using gateway/evolution software to process orders o Processing stock for delivery o Fostering strong and effective networks and working relationships across the organisation to "get things done" including working closely with the administration teams of the business owners o Provision of all administration support for the team, including: o Generating management information for monthly reports o Monitoring travel spend, invoice tracking and administration o Raising purchase orders for the department including stationery administration o Logistics and admin support relating to the business and arranging internal and external meetings / events /visits o Dealing with queries and general team enquiries and/or liaising with the appropriate personnel within the business to answer these queries o Organising, preparing agendas, taking minutes (where relevant) and following up on actions with the Team o Drafting / preparation of correspondence and collation of documents / presentations / reports to support the Leadership Team o Administration of expense claims and the expense claim system o Administration of the travel booking system in line with Travel Policy requirements, making travel arrangements for the team including booking air/rail tickets, car bookings, hotel reservations and visas as required. The above list is not exhaustive. There will be a requirement to undertake other duties consistent with this role to support the needs of the business. To support the behaviour of team working, sharing best practice and collaborating with colleagues outside of own sphere of business. To ensure full participation in the performance development review (PDR) process and maintain an up to date record of all training and development activities/programs undertaken. Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 3 Business Administrator Standard Functional Skills in English and maths at Level 2 if required Off-the-job training collating to an average of 6-hours each week across the duration of the apprenticeship programme Internal training.

After completion of your apprenticeship you will potentially have the opportunity to progress onto full time positions within the business. The opportunity to further develop your knowledge and skills in a business environment.
