Amita are looking for a 1st Line Technical Support Team Member - all training for the role will be provided my Amita.
About the apprenticeship
Duties will include:
- Working with and supporting the team to provide 1st line helpdesk support to customers.
- To be able to accurately diagnose software and hardware faults and to be able to resolve a large proportion of client problems via remote networking and client site visits.
- To provide a high standard of customer care to clients, ensuring their problems are dealt with efficiently, maintaining contact and keeping clients informed of progress.
- To be aware of and abide by the company's health and safety procedure
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Apprenticeship in Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard
Training will be off the job and in the form of live interactive webinars provided by a dedicated Total People Learning Coach.
Career progression
Amita are looking to bring in a new team member who they will train internally (as well as the Apprenticeship) on the role for a long term career.
