An exciting Customer Service opportunity within an expanding Liverpool Law firm. You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
About the apprenticeship
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering all inbound telephone calls
- Taking enquiries from clients and potential clients
- Putting calls through to the relevant solicitor
- Taking contact details of the client or potential client to arrange a call back as soon as possible.
- Arranging appointments
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.
On the job Training will be provided, the participant will be required to read from a telephone script when answering the telephone.
