The business is now searching for a Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Apprentice Technician with a genuine enthusiasm to build a career pathway.
About the apprenticeship
The role will entail:
- Inspecting, maintaining, servicing and repairing faults on road rail machines and attachments.
- Some fabrication and welding experience will be given in conjunction with other general minor fabrication projects.
- Experience will also be gained in hydraulic systems and electrical equipment and machinery wiring - such as transmission, gear boxes and RCI Systems.
- Record keeping - will be computer based and include servicing and maintenance records - defect repairs - fault trends.
Apprenticeship qualification and training
Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technican Apprenticeship Standard Level 3
Location of Training - Ellesmere Port.
Training can be on on a weekly, day release basis or alternatively block training which is carried out at intervals throughout the year.
Career progression
Full-time position considered for the right candidate following successful completion of the apprenticeship process and based on company finances at the time.
