• Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone
• Dialling out to existing clients with order updates, assisting with new enquiries
• Entering orders
• Speaking with delivery firms to obtain estimated delivery times
• Assisting and filling in of required forms
• Forwarding emails to relevant internal contacts
• Other general administrative duties as reasonably requested
