Find out why the large employer is supporting our #1M100 campaign.

Facilities management company, Apleona UK, became the first large employer to join Total People’s £1million in 100 days campaign.

Gifting 100k to the Health and Social Care sector, Apleona UK explains how putting their unspent levy funds to good use through our #1M100 campaign will make a massive difference to people’s lives.

Jane Podmore, HR Director, said: “The health and social care system is under particular pressure and we believe that by helping train the next generation in this vital area, we are doing our bit to help the wider community.

We are keen supporters of apprenticeships at Apleona and are pleased that through our partnership with Total People, we can use some of our funds as a levy paying employer to benefit smaller businesses in important sectors across the country.

Jacqui Paice, Operations MD, said: “We appreciate that not all businesses have access to the training and development funding that we are able to use. By gifting some of our unspent levy to small businesses and suppliers they can develop their staff, increasing the skillset in their organisations and offering opportunities to people that may otherwise have gone without.

“The health and wellbeing of our own employees is always high on our agenda and it is our privilege to be able to offer funding in the development of key areas of health, social and dental care.”

Join our £1million in 100 days campaign, which aims to see £1million of gifted levy to boost small businesses and industry growth:
