Learners should ensure they do not pass on Our Pass.

Total People learners can now access the world of work and training with free travel and transport in Greater Manchester.

The Our Pass Scheme is now in operation throughout Greater Manchester. It offers Greater Manchester’s 16-18 year old’s free bus travel on all local bus services across the region, making it easier to access education, work and training opportunities in the city.

Our Pass will also provide direct access to a range of activities throughout the summer, from music to sport, competitions and taster days.

Learners who are eligible can apply now on the OurPass website and use the card from Sunday 1 September. Learners must be a Greater Manchester resident, and aged at least 16 and under 18 on Saturday 31 August 2019.

James Dean, Sales and Commercial Director, said:

This is a fantastic scheme that will really help our Greater Manchester learners. I would urge any tutors or assessors to encourage their eligible learners to take advantage of Our Pass, which starts on 1 September, 2019.

In addition, apprentices of any age can take advantage of a scheme from Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) which offers free and reduced price ticket offers, and even a free bike.
