Meet Brankica
Bee is an experienced Learning Coach, currently supporting HR apprentices at Total People, from Level 3 to Level 7.
She has sustained success in HR Level 7 EPAs, alongside the strong results in the new People Professional Apprenticeship, reflecting the impact of her learner-centred approach and high standards. These initiatives not only enhance learner experience but also position Total People at the forefront of best practice.
Her career journey is rooted in practical HR and vocational education, with experience spanning programme management, performance leadership, and specialist coaching. Bee has managed teams, delivered apprenticeship standards, and worked closely with employers to ensure learners achieve their goals. She has led projects in recruitment, change management, and talent development, and has a track record of driving improvements such as increasing retention and revenue, and supporting successful CIPD accreditations.
Bee is known for motivating and inspiring learners, collaborating with employers, and driving quality outcomes. Fluent in several languages, Bee brings an inclusive and engaging approach to every learning environment. Recognition of her commitment to teaching culminated in MGCI membership in 2025, awarded alongside an Outstanding Tutor Award at the national level.
