Meet Emma

Emma brings over 15 years of conveyancing experience to her role at Total People, joining the organisation in 2024 after a long and varied career within the conveyancing sector.

She began her journey as a conveyancing assistant before progressing to case handler and later into compliance and regulatory oversight. This breadth of experience has given her both a deep understanding and a strong practical application of the regulatory standards that underpin the apprenticeship programmes she now supports. 

With a proven background in both frontline conveyancing and regulatory leadership, Emma is passionate about empowering apprentices to develop the skills, confidence and professional judgement needed for their careers. Her extensive knowledge of conveyancing processes, risk management and compliance ensures that learners receive guidance rooted in real industry practice and aligned with the rigorous expectations of the profession.
