Our £500k in 100 Days campaign has been recognised with two prestigious industry prizes.

Total People’s ‘£500k in 100 Days’ campaign for National Apprenticeship Week 2022 has been recognised with a two prestigious industry awards in as many weeks.

Firstly, at the College Marketing Network’s FE First Awards on 28 November, the campaign was awarded the Gold Award in the Targeted Recruitment Campaign category.

In judging the award, the campaign was described as: “A great mixture of targeting, media and message to engage the target audiences within both large companies and SMEs,” achieving, “a very impressive result for the geographic areas with a modest marketing budget.”

Then, on 8 December, the campaign was awarded an Engage B2B Award for Best Example of Marketing Engagement.

It’s yet more recognition for the campaign, which was expanded to ‘£1m in 200 Days’ due to its initial success. By the end of the campaign, £1.15m in levy funds had been gifted and 120 new apprenticeships started.

Total People Managing Director, Melanie Nicholson, said: “I’m delighted that our National Apprenticeship Week campaign has been recognised with a Gold Award. It is well-deserved recognition for all the hard work that went into making this campaign a resounding success.

“To receive over £1m in levy funds is a remarkable achievement and I’m thrilled that it’s given 120 individuals a chance to achieve their full potential through an apprenticeship.”
